Project Spinner Privacy Policy

J&S Productions has safeguards in place to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We do what we can to make sure your information is accurate, complete, and up to date for the purposes for which it is used. J&S Productions uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on our website where personal information is required. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it's transmitted over the Internet. You always have the right to access and correct the personal information you have provided at any time. And you can request a copy of your personal information, your product registration history, and your interactions with our company by contacting us at info@albumspinner.com. Our software requires the use of server-based network technology and the Internet to communicate with our customers. We must verify proper email addresses in order to allow customers the ability to download our software. We must check to make sure our customers have an active on-line hosting status and the ability to receive software version upgrades. J&S Productions does not share any personal information during these processes. J&S Productions does not include any hidden third-party software, also referred to as spyware.

Project Spinner Upgrade Policy

As we continue to improve Project Spinner we will release updates and/or new version releases of the software. Updates will occur automatically when the program is opened, with communication directly from our website. Updates are included in your purchase of Project Spinner as long as it is within your purchased version of the software. New version releases however may require a fee.

Project Spinner Refund Policy

Software download purchases are non-refundable. Your use of Project Spinner software is on the terms of the license in effect for the software at the time of purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable license at the time you install the software.

Project Spinner Hosting Plans Policy

We have three different hosting plans available: pay per album, monthly, or yearly. Pay per album payment is due at the time of sharing through Project Spinner share. Monthly and yearly plans are billed at the time you purchase Project Spinner or through Project Spinner share. Reoccurring payment options are available for the monthly and yearly plans. Hosting plan purchases are non-refundable. However, hosting plan upgrades may extend your hosting plan's end date. You cannot change your hosting plan until seven (7) days before your current plan's end date. You can only change your plan to no hosting plan or pay per album plan if you do not have any current active shared albums on-line. Otherwise, you must continue to pay monthly for hosting until your albums are all approved or removed from Project Spinner share.

J&S Productions reserves the right to change the terms of these policies at any time.
